on the highest quality paper that will last a lifetime (or

Paper, or premium cardstock.
You choose surface: Glossy, Matte or Metallic Photo Paper or Smooth, Stipple, Pearlized or Linen Premium Cardstock.

I love the idea of choosing to have
my cards printed on Metallic paper, where do I select this
Metallic photo paper is very popular and it really
gives your card a unique look. You will be given paper (and
envelope) options as soon as you choose your card, simply choose "Metallic" from the drop down menu.
Please note that only a select group of our card styles
are available in Metallic, so please read the ‘About this
Card’ preview section before ordering to make sure the card
style you like is offered in Metallic.

can't decide which style card to order!
Do you offer samples of your products?
Of Course! Simply choose the Printed Proof option from
the pull down attribute, each printed proof sample is $9.99.
We'll just print 1 card and place the rest of the order
on hold until we hear back from you with approval or
modifications. Or choose an e-mail proof for $4.99. If you have questions please call us at

Can you convert my image to Black
& White or Sepia (brown tone)?
Yes, simply select the effect you desire from the "Image
Options" dropdown after you’ve created your card. The treatment
will be applied before your card is printed by our artists.
My image is a little dark. Can you
do anything to improve it?
Our graphic artists will review EVERY image and make complimentary
improvements to color and brightness so your
image(s) will look their very best. We will also remove
red-eye from your photo(s) at no charge. Unfortunately,
we are unable to enhance images that are provided to us
as low resolution, pixelated, or in overall poor quality
(blurry, out of focus, flash problems etc…).
How do I order? I have never uploaded

Can I send you a print? I do not
have a digital file.
Unfortunately, we do not accept prints or negatives. All
images must be in digital format.
Can I give you some ‘Special Instructions’
regarding my image or card order?
Of course. Please do so in the area titled ‘Special Instructions’ when completing your order. If your order is
already submitted, simply call us at

What type of proofs do you offer?
Printed Hard Copy Proof:
To receive a printed proof, simply order a quantity of 1 and complete the order with shipping etc. We will produce the card and mail it to you - allowing you to examine color choices and paper textures. We send a $10 shipping credit certificate along with your printed proof to offset the shipping costs on your final order. Instructions for modifications and final ordering are included with your proof.
E-mail Proofs: To receive an e-mail proof, order your ENTIRE QUANTITY of cards and complete the ordering process with shipping etc. To select an e-mail proof, find the Optional Proof Method pull-down menu on your produce 'options.asp' page. The fee for a low-resolution e-mail proof is $4.99 per card and will be sent to the email address you provide at check out. Your order on hold, so respond quickly once you have received it (within 48 hours of ordering) so we can create your whole order in time for your event! Then your entire order is paid for and can be easily printed once we receive your approval.

How long does it take to get my order?
Greeting Card Orders are shipped out within 2 business days. Wall Art and Gift Orders ship out within 5 business days. You select the shipping
method that meets your needs when completing your order.
We have several shipping options available. Therefore, depending
on what shipping method is chosen, you could have your order

What is the “Extra Postage” on some
of your cards indicating?
Most of our cards are standard sizes and qualify as one
stamp First-Class Mail®.
square styles are NOT a standard postage size and will require

Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, at this time we do not ship internationally.
Is the color of the card design
and image going to match exactly what I see on my computer
As professional photofinishers, we pride ourselves on understanding
color. We will review every image and check color - paying
special attention to skin tones. Any necessary color adjustments
will be made at no charge. Therefore, the image you see
on your printed cards may not match the prints you have
made prior – it will likely look better!
All computer monitors have different color calibration,
therefore your printed card may not match what you see on
your monitor. We can assure you that our equipment is frequently
updated and checked for color accuracy.
I had my photos taken professionally,
can I still use them for my design?
You may use professional photos ONLY if you own the copyrights
to them. Your photographer may have provided the high resolution
files on CD/DVD for reproduction and use. If you are not
sure if you own the images, we strongly recommend asking
your professional photographer for a signed COPYRIGHT RELEASE
form. If a professional looking image comes into question
at our lab, we will contact you for copyright verification
before producing your order. Misuse of copyrighted images
is strictly prohibited.

How can I place a re-order?
To order additional
copies of your project, simply visit the "Reorders" page by clicking the link on the left side of the page. There you will be prompted to enter your email address, be sure to use the one you entered when you placed your order. If you are experiencing issues please call our Customer Service
department at 1-866-929-9968 (M-F 8a-5p CST). We
will need your NAME & ORDER NUMBER from your original order
which is listed on your confirmation email and packing receipt.
I just submitted my order, but
realized I forgot to add one specific line of text. What
should I do?
No problem. Just contact us within the first 24 hours that
your order was placed and we will make the text change for
you at no additional charge.
When I created my card I double checked
my text and knew it was perfect, but what I received is
incorrect. What are my options?
In this case, we will happily reprint your order at absolutely
no charge as the error appears to be our fault. If however
the error was yours or you forgot something; we will still
be happy to reprint your order at a 50% discount plus shipping.
We strongly recommend careful proofing of your card before
placing your order. By submitting your order you are accepting
responsibility for its creation and contents. We also offer
a Hard Copy Proof for $5 if you want to see exactly what
your printed piece will look like. Please see

What is your refund policy?
Because our products are completely customized, we are unable
to offer refunds. PLEASE VIEW OUR
SUPPORT PAGE FOR MORE INFORMATION. Quality control is
our number one priority and every order is scrutinized for
accuracy before it is shipped.
